Lol I think part of the reason that Percy doesn't shoot that much is because of the game mechanics of his weapon, Bad News (the sniper rifle). I might be remembering this wrong, but I'm pretty sure it takes a total of three rounds of combat to land a hit? (one round to aim, one round to shoot, one round to reload). It can do SO MUCH DAMAGE tho lmao And it has crazy range.
