The main thing I don’t like about this OVA is that a specific character isn’t in it at all, and they’re kinda relevant. AoT (as I’m sure you know by now) is big on foreshadowing, so imo they should’ve at least been included. I guess they wanted to be extra careful about spoilers but tbh it’s not really anything that’s treated with much fanfare anyway so idk

The last season has actually been airing for awhile. It's already been split into two parts which is why some fans are upset the final part is being split into two more cours.

There is no character in the No Regrets OVAs that is a big character in Season 3 or that has not already been introduced. There are no spoilers in No Regrets. Whoever told you that was wrong. You should definitely watch No Regrets before Season 3 as the most impactful time to watch them would be right before starting Season 3!

2023-02-01 12:34:18 Yessss please get to this ASAP - AOT is genuinely incredible, and I have seen too many great channels lose the hype from inconsistent uploads; But understand that you have a life and your own responsibilities so don't overwork yourself on editing and that shit either. <3 Like some others said, I reccomend even watching the No Regrets OVA now before Season 2 if you want as there are no spoilers for any episodes. You could even watch it before Season 1, although you would not be personally invested in the characters lol. It's a whole hog prequel :) Part 1 and 2 of that OVA are connected so makes for a good 2-in-1 video if you ever want to do them.
