I just noticed Ba Sing Se on the 5 000 year old map looks the same as on the modern ones and both that is FASCINATING to me. Is it cultural tradition to draw the city as unchanging while in reality the city grows and expands, or amazingly, has it truly remained the same all this time!? I think I relate a lot to that anthropologist character lol
