From what I could pull: Her friend is a Cyberpunk player who saw the show and is the one who recommended the anime, and wanted to be sure Alicia was recording the reactions, and that Alicia didnt realize there was such a community around Cyberpunk until she started this.

Yeah when they Adam Smasher is fully borged out, he is literally only 4% organic. As far as im aware, the only characters in the entire cyberpunk universe that are more borged than that are people that had their personality uploaded to literal robots. As in, more like a robot clone of the person than the original person. What makes it so Smasher could get that far is corporate backing for his cyberware so money isnt a bother, the fact that he was a cyberpsycho even before that but functional, and that most of his body was replaced at the same time rather than gradually.

As it turns out, David is no longer baby. As for recommendations, Bee and Puppycat: Lazy In Space is a good slice of life series, while Arcane matches this show's energy (and passes the Bechdel test to boot!).

Sadly i could not hear the story about your friend and cyberpunk, the volume of the intro was to high for that. If you want an anime that soothing and healing. Flying Witch. But i dont think it will give you alot of views. Maybe watch it on your own.
