I actually really wish Leorio won the election and became the chairman here. Aside from the fact that it would be hilarious, it would be such a crazy interesting storyline seeing Leorio try to manage things and keep the organization together despite lacking the power of the previous Chairman, all the while maintaining the hummanity and willingness to comprimise that Netero lacked. It would also keep him actually relevant in the story moving forward despite being weaker than any of the other main characters and not having a goal that works with thiers.
