Man I forgot how much they really tell why ace couldn't have just ran away in the flashback for his character it was impossible for him to run away and that's the showing of a good character they can't just always make the right decisions because in real life there's so much context

Luffy Character Observation: Luffy judges people individually, not as a group, even for Celestial Dragons. He could have easily held onto resentment and hatred after Sabo's death. But we saw at Sabaody, Luffy only gave Charlos a Bellamy-Punch because Charlos shot Hachi. If Luffy wanted, he could have acted out his revenge for Sabo at that time too, but Luffy is not like that.
