I completely agree with you about Rachel. How she reacted to the list is a sign of her upbringing and an example of her being spoiled. She isn't used to people thinking negatively about her she was the popular girl in high school everyone loved and the thought of people thinking negative things about her is obviously more than her ego can handle. Everyone makes lists about someone when they are starting to get involved with them (or at least you SHOULD) that's how you avoid red flags. You have to be careful and THINK about who you are going to date. Its unfortunate she saw the list because Chandler kept it on his laptop but Ross is allowed to have these thoughts and preferences about his partner. Being spoiled and too into her looks might be traits he doesn't want in a partner. And that's perfectly fine. He has more in common with Julie's career choice than Rachel's and it didn't sound like he passed much judgement about the waitress job he just mentioned it in comparison. And you haven't got far enough into the show yet to know this but she constantly makes fun of Ross' job and the fact he likes dinosaurs and never fails to tell Ross he isn't a real doctor because he only has a PHD and not an MD like her father. He didn't even say the ankles thing OR comment on it. Especially in todays age all we do is make lists of why and why not to be with someone. We even make lists of our preferences on dating apps. Height, weight, body type, tattoos or none, job choice, kids or no kids, etc. People are allowed to have preferences and are allowed to think about if he wants to be with this person based on them. And even with those things he thinks about Rachel he choose her over Julie. Which personally I think was a mistake. The only thing Ross did wrong was kiss Rachel while still with Julie. I can't say much without spoiling but you'll see more as you go as to how Rachel is very manipulative and Ross actually puts up with it. Once again its unfortunate she saw the list but I don't think he did anything wrong.
