Fist Second Place(?) from the last Character Creator Poll.

Turns out Victorian Era is a pretty broad period, with a few different styles/aesthetics. I just made sure to give her this little hat.

(This character design will go up for adoption after I get all the  designs I plan to do done - which will be 2-4 more. These are taking a  long time to make as I don't have a lot of time in between animating or coms.)
