River (Armello) (Patreon)

Tracking, Hunting. Doing that cheap arrow snipe thing.

It's been a while since I've played Armello, but it's an all right game. Need a few friends to make it really enjoyable, but it's a nice time killer solo. Cute artstyle/tone.
More importantly, it's filled with various animal people to lewd. Or not to, in this case.  

I had a lot of fun painting this, aside from a few hours of horrible sickness I experienced halfway through. That wasn't fun. I'm in a bit of a renaissance with my paintings now, and they're coming out rather easily. This is probably because I'm focusing on single characters, with very organic/natural backgrounds. Much easier than 5+ characters crammed into a building/house settings.

I pretty much stuck with this initial pose/idea throughout the entire process. I had some ideas that were more action-y, but my general rule of thumb when drawing a character for the first time it so do something flat, static to get an idea of how to draw the character.

I'm pretty happy about how this turned out. Don't really see much I hate here.
