Toonman WIP - Fooligans Character (Patreon)

Hey Guys! Keeping up with some awesome pics to keep you warm, here's one of the many character design concepts we got going for our group of toxic fandom Toonman enemies, The Fooligans.

This here is Little Miss Muffin, a Fooligan who models herself after cartoons like Strawberry Shortcake, she utilizes her baking skills to create an arsenal of deadly baked goods (Like exploding, acid or poison pies to the face)
