Toonman WIP - Zinger #3 (Patreon)

Hey Guys! Here's a WIP preview of a new Toonman villain we got in the works. This is Zinger, a insane speedster who uses her powers to pull outrageous and otherwise deadly pranks and terrorisim against Vaudeville as well as Toonman, whom she regards as her pranking equal.

We're heavily leaning into going with this design.
