Get Ready guys, cause you are getting a first access look at the origins of the members of NRG's Rockin' new superhero team, Power Ballad! Next up, Scorch Slide, the Fire-Manipulating Lead Guitarist!!

Percy Argost was born to old money but loved rock music. Charismatic and very talented with a guitar, he was the ideal rock star. His family wasn’t supportive of his dreams, however, with the lone exception of his brother Maximus. Percy and Maximus decided to start a band despite their family’s objections. Maximus easily was more calculating and business-minded than the passionate and headstrong Percy, but Percy would often work against his brother’s better judgment which eventually led to the original Power Ballad breaking up. When they re-formed, Percy undermined his brother again by hiring a new band based on his desire to work with attractive girls. The consequences of this remain to be seen.

After the band saved an eidolon’s life, they were given powers based on the five Hindu elements. Percy’s power is fire. He has taken the nickname Scorch Slide.
