Toonman by David Velásquez Head Studies (Patreon)

Naturally, one of things most artist struggle with is trying to capture Toonman's animated nature/aesthetic in comic book form, especially against superhero comic book style. So David did some head studies to see which we prefered- a more cartoony or more comic book approach. Naturally, we told him to go with the cartoony one, but it was still awesome of him to take the time to do this. Just goes to show the level professionalism David has when it comes to being an artist.
