WHAT UP, PATRONS?! We're back to give you an exclusive first look at a brand new superhero coming to NRG! This here is Nolan Void, Paladin of the Omniverse, and serves as NRG's Time-travling, Space-exploring, and reality-hopping superhero! TRIPLE ARCHETYPE THREAT FOR THE WIN!!

ORIGIN

Across the vast omniverse there was a single Universe that only the most advanced of minds throughout time, space and reality knew of yet also knew almost nothing about- the Nullverse. Believed to be the original universe of existence from which all of space, everwinding timelines, and variant multiversal realities originate from, it was said that the Nullverse was the start of all creation from with one single thought and the actions that followed, and that every branch of the omniverse spawned from the possibility of these actions taking a different turn; some minor while others were drastically different. It was rumored that whoever found the Nullverse and claimed it as its own would be able to control, rewrite, or even destroy the entire omniverse. But the Nullverse’s exact location could not be traced nor pinpointed, eventually hypothesized that the universe’s existence had eventually come to an end and was not just an empty shell constantly drifting throughout the Omniverse. And it was theorized by many that an ever-traveling superhero had originated from the Omniverse.

To those who encountered the hero called him “Nolan Void”, a name that wasn’t his own but one that he had adopted, and he was something of an enigma even to himself. He had no memory of his origins, and he had the ability to bend space and time to create solid construction known as “Force Shields” as well as rifts within the omniverse known as “Teleportals” for travel. Yet for all his power he seemed to have seldom control, as he often randomly found himself teleportaling throughout the omniverse to different worlds each in a different point in time or alternative reality; all at an exact moment when his powers would be need to save the day or protect the innocent. Though his main goal was to remember who he was and where/when he came from, Nolan had a passionate hero’s heart, and had accepted himself into the position of a wandering superhero, though reluctantly. But even Nolan had some vague sense the omniverse has some purpose for him beyond heroics, and if was ever to figure out who he was he would have to learn to embrace the unknown chaos of the omniverse.

Though he regularly travels across different worlds, Nolan most often finds himself allying himself with the heroes of the Alphaverse, whom were to first to learn that he took his name because in every alternate world he travelled to their were often variants of different people he encountered, there had never been another single Nolan. And he hypothesized that his jump had been a purpose to fill something he jokingly called “The Nolan Void”.

Powers/Abilities

  • As a being connected to the void in the omniverse, Nolan Void is able to warp and control the energies space, time and reality to a degree for certain effects, namely:
    • “Force Shields” - Nolan can harness alternate dimensional energy to create force field barriers which he can shape and use for different purposes, such as defense, weapons, steps and transportation, containment or otherwise.
    • “Teleportals” - Nolan can bend dimensional energy to open rifts which he can use to travel to different destinations, timelines, realities and planets. He can also use these portals offensively and defensively.
  • Powers depend on Nolan’s stamina, strength levels and willpower, as well as growing knowledge of the omniverse.

So, Nolan Void crosses off a lot of science fiction stories and genres explored in comic books without even trying, which is why we're so excited to bring him into the NRGverse. There will be an all sorts of awesome locations and cool bad guys for Nolan to fight, from evil space aliens, to legendary historical figures, dystopian futures, creatures from ancient times, and of course twisted alternate universe versions of NRG's greatest heroes!

We'd love to hear what you guys think of this new superhero guys! Drop those comments below!
