Sorry, this is parasocial, but QT please don’t get it in your head that you should be able to lose weight on the kind of time frame the guys were talking about. The lighter you are the slower weight loss is and slow loss is way more maintainable and healthy, ESPECIALLY when you’re a perfectly healthy weight to begin with.

As someone fascinated with Christian evangelicalism AND scary exorcist movies, speaking in tongues and being delivered from sin is SO different from Catholic exorcisms. A Catholic exorcism is the one you see in movies and there are a lot of rules set out by the Vatican before you’re allowed to do an official exorcism. But the deliverance from sin is what we watched videos of and I don’t think they would be considered a by-the-book exorcism.
