I'm building up a really solid system of templates to help make videos faster. A year ago, almost every object in each video was individually placed, which is super time-consuming (and often imprecise). Now, I can reuse established assets in a quick and easy way – which really helps cut down on production time, and also helps give the videos a consistent, organised feel. The trick is not to rely on them too much – or else all the structure might become restrictive, and prevent experimentation with new techniques – I think it's important to always look for new and better ways of doing things.

Have also been working on the Jaqen vid – plan to release it sometime this coming week.

But now it's time to prepare for GoT S6E02 – T minus 10 hours guys (:

This is cool. I know AE is pretty good at doing individual pieces. But for rapid production turn around, setting up a template system is a very smart way to streamline your pipeline. This could help you to push out videos a lot quicker without getting bogged down with repetitive setups of keyframes and tweens. Good job!
