Maester update #5 (Patreon)

One really cool tidbit that hasn't made it into the script is that, in Dance, Tyrion mentions a "fragmentary, anonymous, blood-soaked tome" called The Death of Dragons, "the only surviving copy of which was supposedly hidden away in a locked vault beneath the Citadel". Does this maybe support the idea that the maesters killed off the dragons?

Also, in the Prologue of Feast, Jaqen H'Ghar acquires a key which supposedly opens every door in the Citadel. Might he be looking for The Death of Dragons?
