Well, folks, we did it. We did the SG-1000. We've seen all there is to see.

This episode brings us to the end of the SG-1000's life, way in the distant future of March 1987, with the system's last two releases. They are very impressive works in terms of scope, and also games that aren't a whole lot of fun to play in the modern era. Even so, we've come a long way from where we began a year ago with the likes of Borderline and Mahjong.

Thanks for taking this journey with me. I have a final wrap-up video for this series inbound tomorrow, and after that it's back to this project's origins as I'll be spending a few weeks to wrap up the final entries of Game Boy World 1990. After that... who can say? Well, I suppose I could. But where's the fun in that?

Great video. Although you’re returning to Game Boy next, I’m really looking forward to Master System.

I really enjoyed this series. Was fun to pop these up on the MiSTer on the side while I watched the videos. Very interesting context for understanding the Famicom. Hope you can eventually do something similar with the PC Engine. So many interesting little titles on there that have never been properly looked at in English.
