We have another hardware-centric patron request from Joseph Wawzonek again this week: A look at the Aladdin Deck Enhancer for NES. This was probably the single most elaborate and time-consuming single video I've ever put together (even more so than Mr. Driller!), and the recording issues I encountered were pretty frustrating... but I think I have managed to assemble an informative and even-handed look at an interesting peripheral that ultimately amounted to basically nothing in the grand scheme of video game history. There are a few legitimately good games in here, which is never a guarantee when you're digging through a pile of unlicensed 8-bit games...

Thanks again to Joseph, and for everyone else, please look forward to the equally elaborate fruits of his next request sometime in the spring.

Note: This video has been corrected and reuploaded. Premiere decided to unmute a working audio track during the rendering process.

Also, please note that it's possible early-release videos through the end of the year will run late (or even slip a week) due to some pressing health issues on the homefront that won't be resolved until mid-December at the earliest. Once we're through the woods here, I'll push diligently to get back onto the regular schedule.

Great video! I hope I'm not the only one who just now realized the Aladdin/Genie thing.

I loved BMX Simulator on the C64, so don't dismiss it so easily. :P
