Follow up & Good Nintentions #004 script (Patreon)

Thanks for the replies yesterday. It seems like everyone is cool with the changes I proposed, so I'll make those adjustments before the end of the month. I was thinking about offering an extra tier involving hand-printed silkscreened postcards, but it doesn't seem like most people want physical rewards, so nah.

In other news, my long-awaited RGB cables arrived yesterday, and I now have the ability to record direct-feed RGB footage of NES games, including Zapper and R.O.B. games. I've been tilting at the windmill of making this happen for a full year now—I spent Christmas 2014 contemplating CRTs for the purpose—and it's great to have sorted it all out at last. And man, does that video footage look nice! Too bad I forgot to switch the audio input channel for the stuff I recorded last night or else I'd upload it as Creative Commons footage for folks to use.

Still, this means I can move ahead with the next Good Nintentions video! Here's the script to give you a taste of it. I'm sure Good Nintentions episodes will become shorter as we move further into the NES library, but for now there's a lot to cover with these games...
