Book #2! NES Works 1985 (plus 1986 revised) (Patreon)

Hello all, as promised, here is the second book release for 2017 in PDF form: NES Works 1985. I will be submitting both this and 1986 to Fangamer for publication as soon as I get the final printer specs, and turnaround time on offset printing is about two months. In other words, those of you who support at the physical book level can expect to receive your copies around the end of the year (though recipients were locked in back when I sent out the initial 1986 PDF, don't worry).

1985, of course, is simply a retooling of Good Nintentions 1985. I made some text updates to reflect things like the Switch Arcade Classics Nintendo announced a couple of days ago, added a few new screen photos in page backgrounds, and wrote two small, inessential sidebars to flesh out the page count. If you own Good Nintentions 1985 already, you're not missing out on much by passing up the new edition, besides the design overhaul. That's why it's being given to book backers as a bonus (the second wholly-new 2017 book should be complete in December).

Also, you'll want to replace your previous 1986 PDF with this new file:

NES Works 1986 revised

It's pretty much the same file as before, but I've corrected some errors and added notes about the Switch news from the other day. Also, this version is a 1-UP file rather than a 2-UP based around spreads, for easier reading on tablets.
