Ending extension support for Opera (Patreon)

Hey everyone! I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but today I'm removing all my extensions from the Opera browser that had been published there (NoPlugin, Wikipedia Search, and Peek). I'll continue to support Chrome and Firefox, as I always have.

Opera requires that all extensions be reviewed by a human before rolling out, which is a good policy in general. However, Opera doesn't seem to have anyone on their reviews team anymore, or whatever people they have working are back-logged to an incredible extent. None of the updates I've released since February 2020 have been approved for Opera.

I hate abandoning the thousands of people using my work on Opera, but I don't really have a choice. I might add Microsoft Edge as a replacement third supported browser soon, but I still need to evaluate its policies and how much work is involved.
