Considering Tracer was abducted by Talon and Widowmaker, and presumably is still in Widowmaker's care, I'm pretty sure Emily still doesn't know where they are. Maybe we could someday have a follow-up comic where the team finds and has to take care of Tracer while looking for a way to reverse the process.
