Super cute soap! One correction, "Why am I wearing such *a* pretty dress" besides that, everything looks nice!

I'm not sure what's going on with the second panel. We are supposed to read left from right correct? "It smell poopy" doesn't really work, the word bubbles should be flipped around.

Nah, I think missing the "a" works. It is to show she's regressed. Even in her head her English is broken and regressed.

I think Gwen is far enough gone that she doesn't realise that she is the one that is poopy at first, thinking it is the plushy she is on. Then she realises it is her.

Gods... It is just the WIP, but I fucking LOVE her eyes! Only corrections I'd make are what Josh pointed out about the "make stinky" instead of "made stinky" as well as adding "Wait." at the start of that same speech box in the second panel.
