I would like to reply to some of the answers we received in the survey.

About Q4

I received a pretty clear answer of "Haruhi".

I think this reflects the fact that I've been posting fewer and fewer Haruhi pictures lately.

I'll be drawing more and more of them again!

About Q8.

Due to the cancellation of the event and the fact that I've almost released most of our past stock

It's becoming difficult to publish one doujinshi every month.

As an alternative, I am currently thinking about creating a "Limited Haruhi Color Illustration Collection" only for the $10 Plan.

I think it will be a bit more extreme or conceptual than the "Harucos" series.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this in the comments.

Let me explain a little about the current situation of haruhisky.

Due to the effects of Corona, the sales of paper doujinshi have dropped dramatically.

Also, I think the percentage of paper doujinshi to doujin will become smaller in the future.

Currently, my activities are mainly focused on the following two points

・Support sites (Patreon, Fantia)

・Digital Doujin

My motto is "having two main activities plus one sub-challenge activity".

This is because the adult manga genre has undergone a number of major changes over the past ten years, and many times it has become impossible for me to do my main activities.

For example, the comics I used to publish in magazines, which were my main activity at first, have ceased to exist due to a decline in sales caused by the decrease in bookstores.

Also, the next main activity of mine, paper doujins, has been in decline due to the Olympics and Corona.

I believe that similar risks exist for sponsorship sites and digital doujin. For example, sponsorship sites could ban me, and the laws and regulations in Japan regarding adults are tightening.

What I'm currently interested in as a new challenge is 3DCG and video streaming on Youtube and other sites.

There are three reasons for this.

Video will become an increasingly mainstream form of entertainment due to the increase in communication speeds and other factors.

The ability to reach out to a different customer base

Technological advances will make it easier to create movies and CG.

(I'm also interested in Virtual-Youtuber, and for a while I was doing streaming on PixivSketch with a voice changer and avatar.)

However, in our survey, I found that the area that received the most votes was doujin game creation, followed by merchandise creation.

This was a bit surprising, especially since the doujin game creation was the most popular choice.

As for the doujin games, I don't know if I will be able to make them, as I don't have the knowledge or skills to do so yet.

If I'm going to create the goods, I'll probably use RPG-Tool.

As for the goods, due to copyright issues, I think I'll be making mostly original goods.

I'm planning to make Yuina's pillowcase and tapestries to order in the near future.

Also, as long as the number of copies is small enough that it's not considered a commercial activity, I'll be able to make FGO goods following the guidelines.

I'm thinking of a pillowcase for Musashi-chan and Scathach.

I'll answer other questions.

It sounds interesting, so I'm going to introduce it. I'm considering whether to allow each person to vote once or once a day.

"Give me an uncensored version of the doujin."

It will increase my chances of getting arrested.

I am currently renting a server and trying to put all of our past works together there.

At the beginning of each month the password will be made public in tiar post and we will be able to download past works at will.
