I always like writing Pulchri, and the readers seem to like her as well, and Thirstagram is the perfect platform for her to be even more of a self-righteous hypocrite.

Showing off each character's Thirstagram account is always fun, it gives Justin some interesting stuff to do in the sense of "how do I encapsulate this character's personality into several selfies?"

The line in the script where Pulchritudinous says how many followers she has was removed because it's pretty redundant what with her follower count being displayed right there for Salvadora (and the reader) to see.
