Oh! you could write it like a true evil route, where before leaving her vault, she ate everyone inside; framing it like a vault-tec experiment. As well as Vault Girl not really caring about helping the wasteland, she just wants to gorge herself on as many people as possible, and will make whatever choice that nets her the most "food". maybe introduce like-minded companion characters, like an intelligent Deathclaw or Raider girl with "creative" ways of dealing with enemies.
