Just to be clear, the next Hunger games movie called The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes is a prequel about how President Snow rose to power. It takes place 64 years before the events of the first movie so it's not a continuation. It's before Katniss was even born

I am not sure if people noticed, but the only time the cat didn't try to bite or scratch Katniss was in this last scene after Prim's death. Cried over this fact when I read it for the first time 😭
