Erza destroying the meteor was a reference to kid Goku vs King Piccolo. A lot of people thought she had no magic left but it was only her bones that were broken. She lifted herself up by using her telekinesis over the armor she owns. I love that Erza finally accepted the title of Titania. If you remember back in the battle of fairy tail arc, Evergreen and Erza had a discussion about the title.

what you're trying to say neel is that erza suffered for a larger percentage of her life in comparison to irene. i'm not too sure about that but it'd be interesting to think about if we work under the assumption that erza was abducted by the r-system and enslaved in the tower of heaven at 6 years old, and got out at like 10, that's 4 years. then for the next 8 years, even though she was with fairy tail, she still had the psychological weight of knowing that jellal was constantly enslaving all the remaining children from the tower of heaven and her old friends, and that was only trauma released after yknow that entire arc, though simon did die if we add those 8 years in, that's around 12 years of trauma. another assumption we can operate under is erza is 18 at the beginning of the show. if we add up all the time she's consciously lived through during the beginning of the show, so excluding the time she spent in suspended activity on tenroujima inside the fairy sphere, then... it'd be over a year up until tartaros because juvia stated she'd known gray for 413 days right before the tartaros arc. then there's the 1 year timeskip, so basically add another 2 years to her life- in reality it's been 9 years because you know the tenroujima fairy sphere thing but she wasn't sentient during that time either way, it's 2 extra years, so as of this point in time, erza consciously lived through 20 years of her life. 12/20 = 60%. it's rough to measure the timespan of someone's agony and grievances but i'd estimate she suffered for 60% of her life given the calculations now to trauma-scale irene. we know irene was over 400 years old; let's operate under the assumption that all the events she spoke of were approximately 400 years ago. if we estimate that she was around 25 years old when she began to transformed into a dragon, then add the 3 years she was tortured for, it's 28. so irene is 428 years old, out of which it's safe to say she suffered 405 years for (the first 25 years were probably rough too but not counting that). either way, that's 405/428, which is around 94%. in conclusion; i estimate erza suffered for 60% of her life and irene suffered for 94% of her life, so even if we scale using the percentage of suffering during their lifespan, i believe irene has suffered more.
