Not really. The Grand Chariot spell that destroyed all the ships was actually used in the tournament. The spell Jellal didn't manage to pull off due to Meledy and Ultear's interference was something else.

So basically the only reason Kagura kissed Ezra is because she felt bad about kissing Jellal or giving him mouth to mouth when Ezra loved him so she gave her a kiss to show her that kissing him didn’t mean anything and in that way she was indirectly giving a kiss from Jellal to Ezra. The fact that Kagura thinks of Ezra as an older sister makes her feel bad about kissing Jellal. 🤣
