I get it's a little confusing, but Gojo used his domain for a rough 0,2 seconds. I you remember from what he explained in ep7 on season 1, his domain drown your brain with information. In that 0,2 seconds, he estimated that they would have half a year of information. So that's why everybody (non-sorcerers, curses and s-grade curses) were redeems inconscious after he landed it. That's how he could slaugthers every transfigured humans in 299 seconds while everyone was proceeding the flow of information. :) This is a very rough explanation, please don't get mad at me fans if it's not perfect!
