To answer the question about the name. So obviously english name is Akame Ga Kill but Japanese to English translation is never a direct thing because Japanese has single words that mean things it takes whole paragraphs to explain in english and the word that the JP uses for "Kill" in the title is: "Akame ga Kiru" Kiru is a perfect word to show how hard direct translations are it means a few things but as a Verb it means 2 things and 1 of those things it means in 2 ways XD So it means to "Wear" as in wear clothes but it also means to "cut" or "slice" -- Exactly how it can mean two such vastly different things and how do you know what people mean when they use it is one of the reasons why JP can be hard for English speakers to learn there is a lot of inference in JP while English is very specific/literal. But, In the context of the name "Akame ga Kiru" it can be taken to mean "Akame kills" but more it could be take to mean Akame cuts or Akame Kills by cutting. Specifically to kill a person with a sword the verb Kiru is used (apparently on this one) so: "Akame kills with a sword" could be taken to be the meaning of the title.
