The creator of the anime already confirmed the official couples in an article with the drawings of them. It was shortly deleted though because it wasn't supposed to be posted at the time but Mira and Lexus were one of the couples. Cana and that other guy from the magic games who gets really strong when he's drunk is also a couple. Romeo and Wendy as well. But unfortunately non of these will be seen in the Anime. At least not yet.

Girl that’s total BS 💀 Those two have already been labeled as “the closest sisterhood” in the anime by the creator. Plus the story has been already fully written and finished years ago so now it only needed to be animated so the couples never changed. Can’t believe I even have to explain this to u 😭
