You can watch Kara no Kyoukai (the Garden of sinners) movies next, it will be perfect because it was written by Nasu the same writer as the main Fate series and it is in the same universe as fate so same world-building same power mechanics and it is canon. and the knowledge you got from fate can be applied there. and it will be good to see another side of the universe unrelated to holy grail wars and servants. also, there was a connection between Fate and Kara no Kyoukai at the end of the movie with the doll thing. I recommend you go through the movies first because everything else is not entirely canon. it is 8 movies ranging from 1 to 2 hours also done by Ufotable.

There’s actually a sequel vn to the main Fate routes that’s set in a sort of alternate timeline where the Grail War ended but pretty much every character ended up surviving. It deals with a lot of interesting stuff like Avenger, Lancer’s original master, and Kirei’s daughter. Unfortunately, it probably won’t ever get animated. Maybe one day, though.

If you want to see some familiar characters I recommend Oath Under Snow/Vow in the Snow. It's a single movie and is connect to a different fate show but you can still watch as a stand alone without needing context from the show.

Apocrypha -> Grand Order: First Order -> Grand Order: Camelot(Divine Realm of the Round table) -> Grand Order: Babylonia, is a decent watch order just as you guys said. I'm so excited for the reaction to Mordred in Apocrypha 💪

Yeah but they only should watch the movie if they want to get some more Fate content after Apocrypha and Grand Order since its content of Fate/kaleid liner PRISMA ILLYA and could still be very confusing without context since they use the cards and other stuff.

At this point, just pick something and go with it. Apocrypha is pretty much it's own thing so you could watch that. The grand order series has a watch order so be careful with that if you don't wanna be confused. If you really just want some wholesome shit then go with Today's Menu for the Emiya Family, shit is only 13-15 minutes per episode so you could do 2 at once and it's basically just food porn and it's just super feel good stuff. Please don't let others confuse you, some people are so anal about watch orders it's really annoying.

Yes, they actually put Shirou's soul in the body of a doll that's made by a character of another of Nasu's series called "The Garden of Sinners". Remember that Illya said that he was gonna witness true magic and Heaven's Feel power is to materialize the soul (which was the thing Sakura was carrying in that cage). Also you should know that doll is able to recreate all human's bodily functions, so Shirou is just basically an immortal soul in the body of a human replica.

Also Nine Lives is a technique that Heracles/Hercules developed during his life in order to defeat the Hydra of Lerna (you know, the legend about the dragon serpent that grew two more heads each time you beheaded one). Heracles just created a sword technique so fast it could behead all nine of the head the Hydra had at the moment, thus killing it instantly. What Shirou did with Archer's arm is to envision all of Heracles techniques and then copied that. So Shirou in essence just copied and projected a Noble Phantasm from a Servant, as he later did with Medea's Rule Breaker.
