see your conversation about sakura this episode is why you don't watch Fate/Zero First, Sakura is supposed to be a mysterious character you don't know her background or Past. anyway keep watching and you will know more you won't understand this until you read the Fate/Stay Night Visual Novel and i know you won't read it if Ufotable adapted Sabers Route "Fate" From Fate/Stay night, nobody or no anime watcher would ever start with Fate/Zero but Ufotable is doing other things right now so it probably not going to happen anyway the Visual Novel is way better in terms of story, Lore and character writing than the Anime. my tips is don't think that the anime adaptations includes all the information because they don't

this episode is also where people start seeing Shirou as a wimp because of his dialogue with Archer just know that is not the case, it is just that Ufotable didn't care to portray Shirou's thought process Shirou just doesn't want to be helped, it is from his trauma from the fires 10 years ago he feels worthless, and he should just die, doesn't want to be indebted to someone else. He doesn't want to have fun, etc because he feels like he is not worthy of it
