ok this only applies to Fate/Stay night Saber remembers every Holy Grail War she ever fought in because she made a special pact with the Grail, Grails condition: Saber becomes a Heroic Spirit that you can summon Sabers Goal/ Wish: is to have a miracle ( Like the Holy Grail) and alter history and save her country but other servants don't have this so you shouldn't expect that. again this only applies to Fate/Stay night i am not sure about the other Fates

The thing about winners of the Holy Grail war is that its complicated, what timeline are you speaking of? if you are speaking about the Timeline of Fate/Zero and Fate/stay night, it is not that nobody won the previous ones, it is just that the winners are unknown but we know that they happened. the third holy grail war without spoiling is affecting Fate/Zero and Fate/stay night in a bad way.... and in other timelines we do know who won them because it is the Fate spin-offs lmao
