Yeah that ending was probaply the first time I cried like a bitch to an Anime😅 when I first watched it. Also this brake has been nice, not worrying having to catch everything😅, anyway the next one will be in ep 76. So I don’t need to pay as much attention until then😅

To answer your question, the 10 Wizard Saints are the 10 Wizards recognized to be the strongest (From anything that is not a dark guild) amongs the entirety of the wizard society. The council is just a group of wizards who write/maintain the laws. It is possible to be a Sain within the council, but being in the council does not make you Saint matterial. For example Siegrain (Jellal's copy) was both a member of the council and a Saint.
