About Fairy tail copying other anime. It's not ENTIRELY wrong to say it copies stuff. Even though it's a little bit more like taking inspiration than copyin. Because The Author likes taking inspiration from other characters in different shows and stuff. The shadow guy that looked like Shikamaru is one example. I personally love spotting characters and being like "oooh, is this inspired by this" and stuff like that. Also, I'm loving this patreon <3

Dude I love Fax's content but Idk tf he's on wanting the characters to die, I'm with Neel on this one. The fact that we have Neel on the left who doesnt want anyone to die (like me) and Fax on the right who wants someone to die speaks volumes to who's going to enjoy this show more. I'm not saying it doesn't get dark, I'm not saying absolutely no one dies, and I'm MOST DEFINITENLY not saying it doesn't get emotional, but if Fax keeps persisting with that opinion... I dunno I think Neel will enjoy it more

"I've been prepared to die for the last 10 years" I don't think Gray's backstory is the saddest in comparison to uhh... some other characters, but I do think he himself is one of the saddest characters. Sure his past isn't as wild in comparison, although you haven't seen the other backstories, but Gray easily harbours the most guilt and heaviness I feel at this point in the story, with a certain character closely behind whom you know (tho they dont know which one it is). The fact that he's been so suicidal for this long and still is is genuinely heartbreaking, he really does feel pure guilt
