General Update! Itemfinder Fix | Mini Showcase | Custom Sprites (Patreon)

The itemfinder in Gen 3 is probably the worst iteration of the itemfinder there is, and unfortunately, essentials was modeled after Gen 3, and as such, we were "blessed" with the worst version of the itemfinder as well. I'm sure we all know how the itemfinder works, but just on the 1/99th chance the person reading this doesn't, I'll explain:

Item nearby? player faces in the direction. That's it. 

A member of my dev team, Az, mentioned how unintuitive the itemfinder was, and coupled alongside my haphazard placement of them... It's not great! But there's no way it could match future gens and all that...

Then, I had a stroke of (self proclaimed) genius! The PokeRadar is fully functional in game, and plays an animation when triggered. Why not do that for the Itemfinder??

So I did, and it was actually really easy to pull off.

So, this isn't the final animation for when the itemfinder goes off. This was just a test run to see if this would actually work, and it does!

I also got rid of the message "There's a hidden item around!" or whatever it was. This is just way faster. If there's a hidden item around, an animation will play, if not, it'll directly state that there's not. Simple!

So I have a pretty big backlog of custom sprites I have to do. Honestly, when I made that a perk for the Red Diamond tier, I didn't expect to get SO many of them. I'm very sorry that these are taking a long time, but there's just so many components for one person's that one person can take a couple of months. That along with making Rejuv and my other responsibilities, it's... difficult. However, I'm making a promise that I'll have most, if not all done by the time 13.5 drops. Just bear with me a bit, please!
