Before I begin the actual post, there's something I should probably talk about. As we all know, there's a current pandemic, and while I don't want to refer to this often as this place is usually an escape for people, I can't really throw this under the rug.

The past two weeks have been some of the worst points in my life. I have mentioned to some people that I had been under the weather, but I was rather coy with details of that illness. Unfortunately, my family and I had contracted Covid and we struggled with it for a long time. I'm thankful to say that we came across a very mild strain and we've all recovered. But we're still dealing with the after effects. So if some posts are unimpressive for the next few iterations. Please forgive me. 😅

It was a very scary time, and it put a lot of things into perspective for me. I don't wanna waste time anymore.  However I must also accept the reality that this won't end for a while and the likelihood of me getting it again is high and I shouldn't be surprised if it happens. Regardless of anything, I will continue to work on this game until I physically cannot anymore.

Welp, that was pretty depressing, but I thought I should lay that out for myself. Peace of mind is strong. Anyway! Let's get onto something way less depressing lol. (I hope you guys are familiar with animal crossing...)

If there's anything good about this quarantine, it's that I've had a lot of time to go back and polish everything I want before v14. Cause yada yada end of act 2 yada yada I wanna put all my efforts into the episode etc. This time around, I decided to spiff up the Aquarium and allow the player to visit actual exhibits!

Oh, but unfortunately... ALL the Pokemon living here have been swiped by Team Xen in their invasion. The museum is now empty, void, and on the way to bankruptcy. But you can save it!

This is a new, rather large, sidequest that will be available the moment you access the HM Fly. You can return to Akuwa Town and donate aquatic Pokemon to the establishment. The more Pokemon you donate, the bigger the aquarium will get, and the bigger the reward will be.  👁️.

I recommend starting to gather (available) water Pokemon now, honestly. That way you can just head the the museum, donate, and pick up your reward. Really, it's a good one.

But that's all for this post. Not too much because of the aforementioned reason above, but we're past that for now. Thank you guys for supporting me, please, please stay safe, and I hope you have a wonderful week.

💛
