Hi guys, here is the link to Dazed's article on virtual fashion for The Sims. I had the pleasure of being interviewed and I just wanted to thank all of you for the artistic support that allows me to study 3D and live my dreams.

A few years ago this would be out of my reach just in my dreams and now seeing the recognition for my project is phenomenal. As I said in the interview, idsims gave me the strength to get out of a deporession that lasted for many years and now I feel ready to conquer all my dreams, thanks to everyone <3

PS: sorry for the delay in the first month's content i'm getting contact from other magazines, partnership brands and i'm going crazy ahahaha This weekend has a new look and a new doll ... Carrie Bradshaw? !!!

Below are the questions they asked to assemble the article:

1 How old are you and what do you do outside of Sims?

I’m 25 years old. I’m a self-taught artist and also work in the beauty business.

2 How long have you been playing Sims?

About 10 years

3 What is it about the Sims you like?

The Sims is an amazing game that allows the creation of a particular world in which I can express myself with no fear of judgments based on standards impose by society.

4 Can you tell me more about your relationship with fashion? How long have you been interested in fashion? What kind of fashion do you like?

Fashion has Always been something very natural for me since I started explore my style at the age of 14. I don’t have an specific segment , I’m quite eclectic and follow my own fashion sense, but of course the internet ends up influencing us a lot, so I would say that High Fashion with a Clubber spice sets me up a little.

5 When/why did you decide to start creating high fashion looks for Sims?

I had problems with depression and anxiety for the bullying I suffered for showing off myself through fashion in the interior of Brazil. I started playing Sims a lot for spending so much time at home and then I started studying 3D to create the looks of the stylists that I love and I conquered many followers in tumblr and they asked me to release my looks, so Id Sims came up, my virtual fashion project  that I’ve been building for so many years

6 How do you go about creating these virtual looks? How long does it take?

I save images at various angles as references of the desired piece, and then I go to the programs needed to create the piece. I often use marvelous designer, blender 3D, PS and Sims 4 Studio. Clothes in average takes 1 to 3 days, depending on the designer due to the mold of the piece that I invent based on images. The shoes and  the accessories are more difficult because sometimes they don’t have 360º references of the still of the piece. For instance, the last Mugler SS2020 shoe I created it took 1 week to get ready.

7 Favourite look you’ve created online? A look you would love to recreate?

My favorite look created was Orseund Iris, called Sultry Ballerina, it was a challenge to create its pieces and imagine how the real modeling would be like to turn into 3D. Mugler is undoubtedly my soul mate, those are my favorite looks at the present moment. I’m already working on the next look , which will be from the collection Spring Summer 2020 first look used by Bella Haddid.

8 Where do you find your inspiration?

I used to see many runaways which inspires me so much and of course my radar on instagram helps a lot because I follow only the artists I love so my feed can be beautiful and inspiring.

9 Is there a large fashion community in Sims?

The community is huge and is growing very much. But usually you find very casual clothing, high fashion designers started to show up past year and I’m loving new friends for helping lift virtual fashion for players.

10 Why did you find it important to create these looks online?

I Always had a dream of working with fashion, and since I was already a digital artist  and also playing the Sims, I decide to unite my two passions: Catwalk Fashion Show I dreamed of  I could have at Sims. Where I used to live, in the interior of Brazil, there’s no much access to high-end clothing sewing, whether  by logistic and financial conditions. And so the Id Sims project was born to satisfy myself artistically, and to fulfill my dream and my followers to be able to use the looks they always dreamed of having.
