About Patreon's migration to Ireland... (Patreon)

I read some stuff about Patreon's billing location went from California to Ireland without notice and it did affect some creators regarding their patrons decreasing due to declined charges. I wonder if it's the reason why my patrons dramatically decreased as well (or maybe my one week hiatus is the culprit).
