New TFs and more are coming (Patreon)

Doctor saga continues and new TFs are coming. Twink to Bear? Viceversa? Maybe something completely unexpected? 

Also, new cosmetic changes to the main page, and a poll about some other changes I'm planning to apply in the coming months. I'll really appreciate your input about that!
