Pay for adobe? It can be read in almost any device compatible with pdf. Even google drive can read pdf brother.

when i went to open i get a pop up from adobe that says i have to ether pay or free trial with my card number which sucks tried closing it but that closes the whole tab so i cant read it is sad

OOHHHHH im stupid sorry i never opened a file directly from drive before so didnt know that was an option, i always opened files directly from the download window, so acrobat made the pop up since you said that i went and figured how to do that thank you for the idea mb i was dumb lmao

windows 11 its average when i opened the pdf directly ig it opened it adobe acrobat which had to pay to use again i now know i can open it on google drive without issue, never knew that at all before thank you lol

You probably installed the PRO version as a trial. There should be a free version, or you use alternative readers like foxit or updf, if you don't want to use the reader from the browser.

Can confirm that it does work on Foxit, I use that and had no issues opening the file
