*Discord & Patreon Temporarily Disconnected* (Patreon)

Title says it all really - I did tweet about this, but i've been made aware that of course, not all of you follow me over there.

This should hopefully be fixed tomorrow, if not within a couple of days. I'm basically waiting for Patreon themselves to respond and help me out. I am getting errors when trying to reconnect the two apps - so it's a bit frustrating, but dw.. i'm working on it!
