Discord Update | 2018 (Patreon)

Thought I should probably make a post about this in case people still don't know about this change.

If you're a $10+ Patron you can gain access to our Patreon Discord Server - which is used for UHC games & chatting with other players. It is also the place you can get help if you have any issues with the Minecraft Server at all etc..

To join the Discord Server be sure to connect it to your Patreon Account here: https://patreon.com/settings/account

(For those that have been Patrons previously - this is now the ONLY way of adding you to the Discord Server. I am no longer doing it manually)
