Do you want to be dependent on diapers fast? Here’s what you will need to do:

First accept that your going to have to put in as much effort as single parent of a newborn does in the first few weeks. Get all your supplies in for at least a 3 week stay at home regimen. Then set an alarm to go off every two hours, twenty four hours a day. This is how often newborns wake and need attention, so this is what your going to emulate. For the first week, every two hours you will go to the toilet do as needed and then drink a large glass of water. Continue this every two hours morning day evening and night. At the start of the second week, you will be exhausted but there is light at the end of the tunnel, as now you get to start wearing diapers. You will still get woken by the alarm every two hours and you still have to get up and go to the bathroom and sit on the toilet in your diaper to wet it, unless you’ve already mastered letting go without getting up that is :) At the end of the second week, you will probably no longer be getting out of bed at night to wet. Keep this going for another one or two weeks to really cement in the new regimen that your bladder empties a little bit every couple of hours whether your awake or not.
