Prompt Poll Qualifications (Patreon)

Some people were talking in the Discord server about an upset with how these polls be been, mostly in how they've been a bit of a land slide in favor of the more popular characters that get into them since it makes it a no contest with characters like Wonder Woman, Wasp/Maria Hill or Chun Li winning by a large margin.

So I want to gather some thoughts on everyone and get a general idea of what you all think is a fair way to continue these polls! Some ideas were to keep characters out and make it so only scenarios could be submitted but I think that half the fun and drive for some people is to try and get the characters they like drawn from these. But I'll leave some options for easy to access date here, but if you have some opinions or ideas of your own please comment on this post!

Only thing I really do think that needs to be set as a rule for later prompt polls is some more elaboration on the ideas so it's not just 'X character but big' or so, but also not too much since I'd be lying if I said that when I saw a full paragraph for one idea it turns me away from it lol.

Honeslty I think this might be one poll I feel is better left being neutral and submitting other. It gets dirty really fast or is a downside with the rest of the options anyway you look at it.

I don't have any issues with how the polls are now. It's your polls, you do what you want. But if your concern is every poll has popular characters but you don't want every poll to be scenario driven because it isn't as fun, why not stagger the poll. One month is character-based, the next is scenario-based. Rinse and repeat.

Maybe just exclude more popular characters from some polls, if you've got a bunch of obscure characters and a popular one, just save the popular one for later

I would like to say, if i may what that the issue is more than just the popular characters. If you go thru all the Prompt Poll and ideas that has happened. People tend to pick characters, scenes, and specific parts of the body more than others. I will show a example from my ideas I posted: 1 - A Busty and THICC tiefling sorceress accidentally shrinks and teleports her party of four in between her breasts! When she finally sees the party trapped in her cleavage, she decides to keep them there. 2 - A continuation of the Maria in wasps suit set! She-Hulk is going about her training in the gym, Maria starts shrinking again do to more damage done to the wasp suit! Trapped and shrinking in She-Hulks THICC butt, she starts seeing other shrunken super-heroines trapped with her!!!(Slugman Octavio chooses the other super-heroines) When I posted these ideas the Maria and She-Hulk idea got all the the comments and likes, but the Tiefling idea did not. Because the Maria and She-Hulk idea has popular characters, butt, and shrunken scene the other idea didn't. Most people go for the following ideas, scenes, and chararcters more: -Butt/Thigh/Legs -Shrunken scenes(not giantess) -Popular Characters So in conclusion I would say to get a randomizer and a set of rules to make it fair to everybody. But again this is my option on the matter.

I probably won't use a randomizer since one of the parts of picking which prompt gets in is if I'd personally be okay or happy to draw it, but I do agree their is alot of reptation in terms of what ends up on these polls and in the future I'll do a better job of mixing up the options. Though again these are kind of the big hits for people so it's a bit out of my hands if it's what people want to submit as a prompt.

Well I don't really have an issue with popular characters getting in or not, but these are community polls made so the community can get what they want drawn. I didn't even think it was an issue until just this poll and I was just wondering if it was an issue that other patrons who don't talk on Discord shared. But honestly now I'm getting pretty conflicting results on both ends lol

True, and your idea about rules is a good one! Also a good way to mix it up is when you do the Prompt Poll post a specific theme, idea, GTS content. That way the ideas can be different, and the patreons ideas are more unique and not the same each Prompt Poll.

I would say people are also lazy, so how they're put into the poll definately plays a role. Just looking at your last poll "Chun Li thighs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" is obviously going to get more votes than "Girlfriend uses her supportive boyfriend to help keep her bra on" Titling the ideas as short and sweet as possible can really help make it fair.

Just as a suggestion you could make separate polls for popular and non popular characters. That way there would be fair polls for non-popular and people would still get a chance to see their fav characters.

I voted for "Only submit scenarios and ideas, with Slugman picking the character." But I don't want to be lazy, and am very horny. I've had a thing for the tiny being on a nipple looking up at a smiling macro. The macro grabs the base of her tit, lifting it up towards her mouth. Her mouth opens and descends on the nipple. The tiny gets pressed against the nipple by the wet slick tongue. Battered around as a little toy to get her nipple harder. The nipple gets hard and the tiny is pressed against a hard wall of flesh. I kind of like the idea of the macro having a B cup, just enough to reach her mouth.
