Scatter Brain Scientist Design Rough (Patreon)

Been thinking about doing some ditsy scientist stuff for a while now but like how I keep making up new clown girl designs every so often I can never really get to a satisfactory point with my scientist lady designs, but then Someguyaround made a prompt yesterday that kind of got the gears in my brain going so I threw a rough together! And here's the prompt too!:

"Mad scientist woman who is more wacky and zany than crazy tries to make a device to make herself two inches taller so that people stop teasing her for being short (STEVE) and so she can hit on the cute guy in her apartment (...also STEVE) but due to an error it just makes everyone except her in her apartment building two inches tall (even Steve!)"
