The Pleasant Family Home (Patreon)

On the surface, Daniel and Mary-Sue Pleasant seem to have the perfect life, but is their love a flimsy façade? And can Angela and Lilith make the right choices when it comes to love?

Full disclosure, I took some creative liberties on the interior decor because the Sims 2 team loved maroon carpet for some reason and included it in all their builds. I allowed it in the Broke trailer, but not for the Pleasants. I couldn't do maroon AND green carpet in the same build. I have standards!

This build is completely CC free and has been play-tested. It is $192,138 simoleons. There are 3 bedrooms (they're all massive) and 3 bathrooms - a master bath, a downstairs "guest" bath, and an upstairs bathroom the twins share that also has laundry in it. I added a designated office for Mary-Sue and a designated workout space next to it (just like the original build, but I closed it off with an arch). I also added a playroom upstairs (abandoned, no longer utilized by the feuding girls) and a small coat closet by the stairs (because I had extra space tbh and was like "sure, why not!").
